- Plan: We spend time with our clients to understand the full scope of the situation. Then, we research the real estate we are addressing to give Trustees and the Beneficiaries a clear plan and timeline to deliver the result they desire.
- Efficiency: We work side by side with your trusted advisors (attorneys, fiduciaries, CPAs, etc..) to quickly execute the sale of real estate assets. We know the procedures the attorneys, CPAs, title, and escrow companies require, so we can eliminate many of the stresses that come with the real estate side of the Trust.
- Trusted Contacts/Vendors: Since we specialize in life event real estate (probate, trust, conservatorship) we have developed trusted relationships with other vendors who also serve the same type of clients. Therefore, we can recommend the service providers who specialize in what you need help with as well as those who best fit (personality-wise). These include attorneys, fiduciaries, CPAs, general contractors, handyperson, estate sale companies, appraisers, painters, hauling companies, cleaners, etc.
- Turnkey Estate Solution: We know the process is overwhelming, so our goal is to provide a concierge experience, which we call our “Turnkey Estate Solution,” where we do everything we can to handle all the real estate portion of the Trust. This gives our clients and advisors the freedom to focus on other parts of the estate settlement process.
